This consent form outlines how J-B ("Finance Leasing Company", “They”, “Their”) collects, uses, and processes my personal data, including sensitive personal information, in compliance with the Personal Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia. A parent or guardian should complete the consent for any member that is under the age of 13. By agreeing to this Consent Form, I am providing explicit consent for J-B Company to process my personal and sensitive personal information along with minor data (if applicable), as provided by me as described herein. I understand that If I do not provide my explicit consent for the processing of personal as outlined below, I will not be able to handle my data, provide cashless access to treatment, or process any claims that may be owed to me. If I agree, my data will be processed for the following reasons and activities.
1. Scope of Consent:
I understand and acknowledge that by agreeing to this consent form, I authorize J-B Company and its contracted agents (including from third parties like cloud storage providers, data analytics firms, marketing agencies, payment processors, or electronic service providers) to:
Collect and process my personal/sensitive personal data for the following purposes:
Lease and Personal financing services: To assess my eligibility for and provide lease and personal financing services, including collecting financial information, employment history, and asset details.
Account management: To manage my lease/personal finance account, process payments, handle customer inquiries, and provide customer service.
Risk assessment and fraud prevention: To conduct risk assessments, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
Legal and regulatory compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including reporting requirements and regulatory inquiries.
Product and service improvement: To conduct research and analysis to improve our lease/personal financing products and services, personalize offerings, and provide tailored financial solutions.
Marketing and communication: To send marketing communications about our lease/personal financing products and services and other relevant offerings related to financial and banking products and services, with the option to opt-out.
Feedback and satisfaction surveys: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to improve our services.
The personal and sensitive personal data J-B collects and processes may include, but is not limited to:
Personal identity information:
Name and surname
National ID number or Iqama number
Date and place of birth
Gender
Nationality
Contact information (address, phone number, email)
Employment information (employer, job title, income)
Marital status and dependents
Residence details (current and past)
Bank account details
Financial information:
Income and expense statements
Credit reports

Sensitive Personal Data:
Medical records (if relevant to lease/personal financing eligibility)

We only collect and process personal data relevant to the purposes outlined above.
We will obtain your explicit consent before processing any sensitive personal data.
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your Personal Data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.
We will protect your Personal Data using appropriate security measures.
2. Confidentiality and Security:
I am aware that any sharing, processing, or transfer of my information will be undertaken with confidentiality and security measures in place to protect my Personal Data. They may process and share my personal and sensitive information with relevant third parties, including technology service providers, data analytic companies, Legal advisors and auditors, regulatory authorities, and affiliates which are essential to fulfilling the purposes outlined in Section 1.
3. Sensitive Health Information:
I acknowledge that I am providing sensitive personal information for lease/personal financing services, risk assessment, fraud prevention, etc. This includes financial, and employment information, etc. as outlined in Section 1.
4. Data Retention:
They will retain my personal and sensitive information for as long as required to fulfill the purposes specified in Section 1 and as mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
5. Withdrawal of Consent:
I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time through J-B Mobile Application. However, I acknowledge that withdrawing consent may affect J-B 's ability to provide me with financial services, also consent withdrawal shall not affect the Processing of Personal Data that is based on other legal bases.
6. Children’s Data:
I understand that if I am the legal guardian/parent providing consent for children's information, J-B Company has no intention of collecting any minors’ personal information unless I agree to it, and it is necessary for the products or services offered to the minor. In case they collect personal data of a child under the age of 13 through their website or application, the data would be used to directly respond to the request, without using the data for any other purposes. It will be used or disclosed to the extent allowed by law and regulation or expressly consented to by parents or legal guardians or necessary for the protection of the minors’ interests. The child’s data will not be processed without notifying the guardian/parent of the request except for the following:
If there is a legal justification for the process of the data specified by law, regulation, or for security reasons.
When the sole purpose of collecting the contact details of the child is to respond directly to a specific request from the child, and not for any other purpose.

8. Consent Declaration:
I understand that the terms of the Privacy Notice and Consent Form may change, and I will be notified of the same before or at the time any further collection, use, or processing of my Personal Data takes place.
I understand and agree to provide the data as sought by J-B company in a manner that follows their Privacy Notice, and PDPL, or any other policy that may be notified from time to time for the implementation of any law that may be applicable.
I have read and understood the contents of this Consent Form and hereby provide my explicit consent for the collection, processing, and sharing of my personal and sensitive personal information and sharing my personal data with J-B Company by following the terms outlined above.
9. Consent for personal Data processing and Sharing
I understand and acknowledge that by agreeing to this consent form, I agree to the following:
The sharing and processing of my personal data with Saudi Fransi Bank and it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and sister companies (Saudi Fransi Bank Group).
The sharing and processing of my personal data with third parties engaged to provide services on behalf of Saudi Fransi for Finance Leasing Company “J-B”.
My receipt of marketing and promotional communications regarding the latest products and services of J-B through [email/SMS/phone] or any other communication channel.
10. Consent for Automated Processing (Where Applicable)
J-B utilizes tools that allow automated processing of personal data and make real-time automated decisions about you, including but not limited to automated decisions to approve your finance application and to assess the credit worthiness etc. If you would like to learn more about automated processing and decision-making, please contact Data Privacy Officer on this email
